TravSync — Plan • Explore • Remember I planned a vacation with my friends. Somehow, I became the itinerary, the packing list, and the person everyone asked: what's next? [Jordan] So… what’s next? We had recommendations in messages, places saved on different screens, and one very important question: when do we actually get to enjoy this? Then I found TravSync. A travel guide I could actually follow, instead of another collection of things to figure out. On the web, I could explore a guide and see the stops before starting my trip. We gathered around the laptop, picked our favorites, and finally had something concrete to talk about. From the guide, I opened the mobile app and created my own visit. I chose a name and a date, reviewed the destination details, and saved the trip. Now the plan I wanted to follow was right there on my phone. No hunting through yesterday's messages just to remember where we wanted to begin. Before we left, I worked through my checklist and packing list. I also kept the details I would need close by. Boarding passes. A reservation PDF. A photo of the entrance. In Trip Documents, I could name each item, choose a category, and pin the important ones for a quick look. Once we were out exploring, I could pull up the next stop and read the practical details. For travel paperwork, the document library gave me one place to look. I could search by name, check a category, open a PDF, and zoom in to read it. I can choose the documents I want to share, review who they’re for, and set an expiry. My friend opens the invitation and sees those selected versions. Before we head out, they can download what they need. We each have the details close by, even when the connection drops. Then return to our day, check my progress, and put the phone away to join my friends. And when the weather changed, we changed our plans. I marked the stop we were skipping, added the reason, and could see what was still ahead. Later, when my connection dropped, my previously saved trip was still there. I could keep my progress on this device and pick up where I'd left off. A little interruption didn't have to become the whole afternoon. I saved a few little things I knew I'd want to remember. A photo. A private note. That place we all said we'd come back to. At the end, I checked my belongings and looked back at the trip recap. The stops I'd completed, the one I'd skipped, and the memories I'd saved. The day felt like ours again. Next time, I can use the guide again and start a fresh visit. My old memories stay with the trip they belong to. There is always something else to discover together. I still love planning the trip. I just like being part of it, too. TravSync. Plan. Explore. Remember.
