Questions and Capabilities
Does this public page create a future visit?
No. Public RecurSync pages are read-only and never create schedules, assignments, evidence, or vendor messages.
What can I use with a RecurSync subscription?
After sign-in and current access confirmation, the authenticated workspace provides RecurSync recurring-work access alongside TeamSync handoffs and reviewable completion history.
Will a green task certify legal compliance?
No. A confirmed task means the set up evidence was received for that visit. Filing dates, notice windows, vendor qualifications, and legal obligations still require independent review.
How do I open RecurSync?
Choose Open RecurSync and sign in to the HiveSync workspace. Access stays closed unless sign-in, organization access, an active paid plan, and feature availability are all current.
How is RecurSync priced?
RecurSync is a separate monthly subscription with included operator places and a charge for additional active operators. View the current published price and operator estimate on the RecurSync pricing page. You can start with yourself; confirm ownership, named operators, and renewal terms before Stripe Checkout.
When are client reminders sent?
The implemented standard baseline is 24 hours and 2 hours before service for consented recipients. The 1-hour experiment is not advertised as standard availability.
Does carrier acceptance prove delivery?
No. Reminder intent and provider or carrier acceptance are delivery-attempt states. Recipient delivery or a service-hub action needs its own receipt confirmed by HiveSync.
What can clients do without an account?
The branded service link opens a zero-login hub where a client can review public-safe visit context, confirm, or request a change. Private details remain behind the secure access check.
Does RecurSync manage company insurance evidence?
ComplySync is the independent company certificate of insurance evidence and renewal module. Supported Team access includes three active ComplySync records. RecurSync is purchased separately and does not itself enable ComplySync.
What You Can Do Today
RecurSync supports repeat property work, one field handoff, set up evidence, and a reviewed result. No schedule, assignment, evidence, vendor message, or receipt is created from this public page. Organization owners can purchase a separate RecurSync subscription. Review the price and renewal terms before Stripe Checkout; payment confirmed by HiveSync enables access.
- Review the property profile and recurring schedule before changes are confirmed.
- Review one approved owner and the exact checklist carried into the field.
- Keep set up evidence, an exception, timestamps, and the reviewed result connected.
- Open the authenticated workspace to plan recurring work; public examples never save changes.
- For consented clients, use the implemented 24-hour and 2-hour SMS reminder baseline with quiet hours, opt-out, retry, and carrier-status handling.
- Open a branded, zero-login service hub to confirm the visit or request a change, then retain only action receipts confirmed by HiveSync as completion evidence.
Conditions and Limits
The 24-hour and 2-hour reminder baseline requires an active RecurSync subscription, client consent, and current messaging availability. A reminder intent or carrier acceptance is not completion evidence that the recipient received it, and the 1-hour experiment is not standard availability.
